Knowledge Management and leadership for safety

Capture, retain and disseminate knowledge are key actions to preserve key knowledge at risk.

Many employees face the problem of lack of willingness to share knowledge. The old view that "knowledge is power" still prevails, not contributing to developing a culture of sharing and thus, enhancing safety and ensuring knowledge preservation. 

Lately, in my professional career, I have undertaken several activities related to corporate nuclear knowledge management and engaged in implementing workshops, lecturing and work to develop and implement strategies for knowledge management.
